2.1 Product Descriptions We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, scent profiles, and specifications on our website are accurate and up to date. However minor variations in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur due to photography lighting, screen display differences, or small batch production variations. These do not constitute defects.
2.2 Handmade Products All attars sold by The Drip Secrets are handcrafted in small batches using natural botanical ingredients. Minor variations between batches in colour, consistency, or intensity are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
2.3 Product Availability All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after payment we will contact you to offer an alternative or process a full refund.
2.4 Pricing All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of placing your order.
3. Orders
3.1 Placing an Order When you place an order on thedripsecrets.in you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email or message from us.
3.2 Order Cancellation by Customer Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation before dispatch please contact us immediately at thedripsecrets@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 62903 65142.
3.3 Order Cancellation by The Drip Secrets We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify payment. In such cases a full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
3.4 Order Confirmation After placing your order you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing your order details, estimated delivery timeline, and order number. Please save this for future reference.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment Methods We accept payments through Razorpay which supports UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. We also accept direct UPI payments and bank transfers for orders placed via WhatsApp.
4.2 Payment Security All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
4.3 Failed Payments If your payment fails but an amount is deducted from your account please wait 5-7 working days for an automatic reversal. If the amount is not reversed please contact us at thedripsecrets@gmail.com with your transaction reference number.
4.4 Discount Codes Discount codes are valid for a limited time and subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Expired or invalid codes will not be applied retroactively after an order is placed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Delivery Areas We deliver pan-India to all major cities and towns through our logistics partners. We currently do not ship internationally.
5.2 Delivery Timeline Standard delivery takes 3-7 working days depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation.
5.3 Free Shipping Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹249. Orders below ₹249 are subject to a standard shipping charge displayed at checkout.
5.4 Shipping Delays While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeline, delays may occur due to logistics partner issues, extreme weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third party shipping partners.
5.5 Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. The Drip Secrets is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
5.6 Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.
6. Refund and Return Policy

In summary:
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of wrong items delivered or damaged items received.
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.

7.1 Brand and Content All content on thedripsecrets.in including but not limited to the TDS logo, brand name, product names, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, blog content, and page copy is the intellectual property of The Drip Secrets and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.
7.2 Prohibited Use You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from our website without prior written permission from The Drip Secrets. Unauthorised use of our brand name, logo, or product images may result in legal action.
7.3 User Content By submitting a review, testimonial, photo, or any other content on our website or social media channels you grant The Drip Secrets a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. Product Usage and Safety
8.1 Attar Usage Our attars are made from natural botanical ingredients and are alcohol-free. However individual skin sensitivities vary. We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately.
8.2 Eyewear Our eyewear products are sold as fashion accessories unless explicitly stated as prescription eyewear. Please consult a qualified optician for prescription requirements.
8.3 Age Restriction Our products are intended for use by individuals aged 13 and above. Products should be kept out of reach of young children.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law The Drip Secrets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products including but not limited to:
Loss of revenue or profits.
Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities arising from product use despite proper patch testing instructions being provided.
Delivery delays caused by third party logistics partners.
Technical errors, website downtime, or data loss.
Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
